Greens for Breakfast? Yes, Please!

The more greens, the merrier! Dark leafy greens are the ultimate food-as-medicine. They are chock-full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. One of my favorites is Swiss chard. It is very versatile, and makes a great addition to your breakfast meal!
